Cleantech Energy company is expanding to Plattsburgh.
Novacab inc. develops and manufactures hybrid energy storage technologies, including technologies that can convert heat into electricity. Novacab plans to open up within the next month and hire about 30 people. Sue Matton from the North Country Chamber of Commerce says this is a huge win for the region. It's so big to be having these new technology companies here like Novacab. It brings us to another level in the community of having these high tech jobs, having next-generation jobs and having jobs that people can go to school here and also work here." The plan is to make the Plattsburgh location the main Novacab base in the United States. via by Josh Mitchell via WPTZ/NBC5
